So has anyone upgraded to Windows 8 or plans to? I'm considering it since (from what I've heard) its a cheap upgrade, but I'm not sold on the new UI yet

So has anyone upgraded to Windows 8 or plans to? I'm considering it since (from what I've heard) its a cheap upgrade, but I'm not sold on the new UI yet I did! I actually upgraded to the release preview on my desktop a week or two ago. I was having problems with BF3 on Windows 7, so I figured I'd give 8 a shot and see how it did (it did much better). So far, I actually like 8. Yeah the Start Screen takes some getting used to, but all the other changes really spruce up the OS.

I would like to switch to Windows 8, however I am quite content with my 7, PLUS I'm genuinely concerned my laptop will burst into flames if I try to update it any more.. Haha hence the tablet purchase. That being said, I DO still need a laptop so who knows. I'll probably just go buy a new one- that new Sony (?) is cool. It's as thin as the MacBook? I think?

Ugh I have a partially torn ACL :/ second time in my life this has happened, first time was a complete tear. Hence why it's a lot easier to damage it now I won't be playing soccer for 6-7 months! Not including any rehab. Although it does depend on how MUCH of a 'partial tear' it is, I was not told how bad it is.

Aye, that's good to know. Has it gotten any better? Well, the swelling has gone down as it should so walking and regular movement is possible. But i'll have to keep going for scans to keep checking the recovery. I don't think it's too bad, I could probably keep playing soccer if I really felt I needed to.
