1. Effective today (2/21/06) you need to be a registered member of the The Official Message Board of Actress Victoria Justice to view posts in any forums except "About the Message Board."
2. Memberships must be approved by the Administrator before your membership is accepted and completed. Please be patient during the approval process, which may take up to a few days, depending on how busy the Admin is.
3. Please do not sign up for more than 1 membership. We ask each member to maintain and use only 1 account. Duplicate memberships will not be approved.
4. Members who do not log in for more than 90 days will have their membership and account deleted. If that happens to you, you can always sign up for a new account (unless you have been banned). Note - I only do this deletion every now and then, and it's done manually. So don't worry, your account will not be deleted automatically on the 91st day of no logins. But it is something I need to do on occasion to keep the administration manageable.
5. Members who are permanently banned will not be permitted to sign up any new accounts after their account is banned and deleted.
6. Members who are temporarily banned may not sign up any new accounts and may not use the Board until their temporary ban is lifted.
ALL MEMBERS ARE REQUIRED TO READ, UNDERSTAND, AND FOLLOW THE RULES OF THE MESSAGE BOARD.

Thanks WebGuy But what if somebody is banned and then they sign up again under another name & e-mail? Is there something under admin controls where you can detect that or something? Some people who are banned have tried to sign up again. There are ways to find out. I can't give away any secrets, but we usually catch them

Yeah. Thanks webbyguy but I hate when people sign up on my board and are like "OMG this board is awesome I'm coming on here alot!" and then they NEVER come on your board again. I assume you're referring to the 90-day policy. Since this board has hundreds of members, it makes it MUCH easier to manage the membership if I delete the old unusued accounts. It's not a punishment for non-participation, but merely a management tool. If we did not delete the unusued accounts we would have thousands of accounts on here.
